Save Your LIFE! Avoid These DANGEROUS HABITS At Bedtime Before It Becomes Too Late!



Although sleeping can be considered as one of the most preferred hobbies among today’s generation some still find it hard to fall asleep. There are several reasons why this happens. You may be doing some dangerous habits at bedtime and this is what’s hindering you from falling asleep.  



Here are some of the things you have to consider when you’re going to bed most especially if you have trouble falling asleep;

1.) You’ve got to see to it that you eat dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. This will allow the body to digest your food intake properly. 

2.) When your feet feel cold at night, this tends to keep you up. To have a good night sleep, you can either try wearing socks or you may use heating pads. 

3.) Avoid reading when you are about to sleep. There are times that you get so engrossed with what you are reading that makes you control yourself from falling asleep. Read for at least one hour before going to bed.  

4.) Coffee should be taken four hrs. before going to bed at the least. Caffeine freshens and fortifies the body thus keeping you awake at night. 

5.) Laptops, tablets, mobile phones or any other electronic devices should be avoided every time you are already in bed. It had been found in recent studies that keeping any of this near you will surely distract you from falling asleep as it will stimulate the brain process. 

6.) You have to maintain a sleeping routine for this will prepare your brain to shut down so that you will be able to sleep in a regular pattern. One way to start with this is to avoid sleeping any time during the day.  

7.) Avoid drinking one to two hour before hitting the bed. If you drink 1 to 2 hours before sleeping, this will disturb your sleep because you will have to go to the bathroom even in the middle of the night. 

8.) Don’t do any physical exercise three hours before sleeping. Exercising perks up your adrenalin thus stimulating your body. This then will keep you awake at night.
