Not every pain you experience is solely because of physical pain. Do you know that it can be due to your emotions? Yes, there are several types of body pains which can be attributed to your emotional state.  


Before you jump to thinking that you have a dreaded disease like cancer, check this first. These are the types of body pains that are caused by the emotions you go through; 

*NECK PAIN* A pain that you are feeling on your neck is a sign that you are a person who doesn't forgive easily. Not being able to forgive others or even yourself will cause you neck pain. Next time you start feeling this and you know that you are feeling ill towards someone, try to recall the things that make that person lovable.  

*PAIN IN THE HEAD* Headache are usually caused by the things that stress you. Relax and find time to ease everyday stress and you will surely feel relieved from your headache. 

*SHOULDER PAIN* If you are carrying an emotional burden, it will manifest on your shoulders. That's actually where "shouldering a problem" came from. Try to scout for possible solutions on whatever it is that is causing you burden then try to delegate some of that burden to other people around you.  

*ELBOW PAIN* This kind of pain signifies a resistance to a sudden change that has happened to one's life. Learn to accept this change slowly and you will notice that the pain in your elbows is gone. 

*UPPER BACK PAIN* This means that you don't get much emotional support from people around you, making you feel unwanted and unloved. 

*LOWER BACK PAIN* This pain manifests a worry about money; making it time to ask for a much deserved raise or consider having a financial planner.  

*PAIN IN THE HIPS* Hip pain indicates that you are too scared to move. It shows that you are resistant to move on and change. Also, you are too cautious to make a decision. 

*KNEE PAIN* This type of pain shows that you regard yourself highly and your ego is way too big. 

*HAND PAIN* This shows that you don't reach out to people the way you should be doing.
